Returns Policy

We will accept returns only in the case of defective items.  Photographic evidence is required and can be sent to photo@autumndreams.co.uk where it will be view and you will be contacted back.

We hope we don't have to reach this point as we pride ourselves on packing our orders well each time.  We also have a stringent quality assurance and nothing goes out fo the door without it being checked.
